According to Forbes job burnout is at 66% in 2025. In the work space that translates to absence, low productivity, decrease in physical and emotional health. 

I was there.

I spent 10 years of my carrier in the health care space, deeply rooted in the community. I worked for non-profits (most of the time) and for-profits alike. I experienced burnout almost twice. The first time it hit me hard: I did not recognize the signs and symptoms until it was too late. The second time I left the work place before another burnout unleashed its' fury on me.

Now I am on the other side of the table - a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, solopreneur, founder and creator of Eat Be Stay Well, LLC - designed to help people  find inspiration and intention in crafting their food and wellness journey. 

I offer flexible options to help your employees. We can set up one-day interactive workshop; we can discuss "drip"-sessions - for example 60 minutes once a week or once every two weeks. Finally we can discuss individual support for employees as part of your work wellness program.

I cannot promise that what I offer will be a "silver bullet" and will turn everything around. But I can promise that I have enough experience to inspire and guide your employees thru the land of food and wellness; and I have solid enough education from accredited university to back it up.
