Hi, my name is Agata and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 12 years of experience. Working with my clients, I discovered that many people do not accomplish goals, not because they don’t want to, but because there is a massive gap in the process, that many are not aware of.
Think about New Year's resolutions:

  • We know what we want to accomplish: we want to lose weight, or eat better or get fit.
    We get a planner, a gym membership; we get broccoli and blueberries and we are set for success --- we cannot fail, right?
  • But we also know that by mid-March all these plans are in the rearview mirror, and there is not much left in terms of motivation and commitment... 

What happens to our motivation and plans between January 1st and March 15th?... Why we cannot hold on to our commitment? How is it that we are so successful at work, and yet when it comes to out wellness we fail after a quarter, at best? This is what Journey FORWARD program focuses on, because this is the space where so many people fail, and ironically - this is where the magic happens, if we know how to navigate it.

The vicious circle continues with the desire for a "swimsuit body" abandoned by mid-June.
Then there are all these wellness books unread, gym membership unused, that awesome cookbook not once opened. And here you are - in November again, heavier, anxious about Holidays and promising yourself another start in January, again.
