Hi, my name is Agata and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 12 years of experience. Working with my clients, I discovered that many people do not accomplish goals, not because they don’t want to, but because there is a massive gap in the process that many are not aware of:
- We know the first step: we want to lose weight, eat better, exercise more, lower A1C or cholesterol.
If we are lucky we may be even given additional support, like articles about "how to" or maybe a quick workshop on setting S.M.A.R.T. goals. - We know the last step / final goal in our journey: losing at least 30 lbs, eating more salads, having A1C below 5.7% and cholesterol below 200.
But what happens in-between?
What happens after the initial commitment / motivation wears off?
What happens when things get hard?
What happens when, well, life happens and interferes with our health goals?
This is the space where so many people fail, and ironically - this is where the magic happens, if we know how to navigate it.
Think about all these New Year's Resolutions long forgotten by early March.
Think about all these "swimsuit bodies" abandoned by mid-June.
Think about yourself reflecting in November, seven pounds heavier, anxious about Holidays and promising yourself another start in January, again.
Think about wellness books unread, gym membership unused, that awesome cookbook not once opened.
Meantime it is a year later and you are not even sure where did the time go.
Introducing:
Journey FORWARD
Take a moment and imagine:
- Your wellness program feels more like a wellness… journey
- You have tools to navigate your personal health journey and to identify obstacles and blocks
- You are shown how to approach sustainable long-term and short-term goal setting
- You know how to get back on track if life happens (and well... it will)
- You are guided towards self-reflection and awareness
- You are mastering your ability to note and track your progress
- You learn to see success as something that values your achievements and your well-being.

Here is the truth:
the most “perfect” grocery shopping, the most conveniently located gym won’t help you, if you struggle in the areas of:
- setting sustainable goals,
- modifying your goals in the face of unexpected,
- understanding "time suckers" and "energy suckers" that may hijack your efforts daily
- understanding your behavioral patterns that make you spin your wheels
- using self-reflection to understand your true objectives and
- adjusting them accordingly so that you don't lose alignment with who you are.
