Hi, my name is Agata and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 10+ years of experience. Working with my clients, I discovered that many people do not accomplish goals, not because they don’t want to, but because they are lacking proper preparation and set of skills, or as I refer to it – they are not primed for success.
“Wellness Primer” – a holistic, pressure free (but not accountability free!) program, that invites you to get on your own journey towards health and finally get it right.

Here is a little taste:
- Trying too much too fast - "I start off great and then things just fall apart"
- Not seeing wellness as a priority - "I will sit and relax when I _____ unload the dishwasher / call the vet / follow up on the project / clean up the kitchen ____"
Here is a secret. This "to do" list is never ending. You will never sit and relax, if you continue thinking that way. - Not “making” time to achieve the goals - "I need to find time to ____ ."
We cannot "find" time. I wish we could lift the carpet and joyously discover that heeeeyyyy there are extra two hours hiding there!!! But it does not work that way. - Seeing wellness as a finite goal - wellness is a journey. If you have a finite and goal oriented mindset, you will hijack the joy of it.
- Not setting up Plan B - No Plan B means that the smallest life's hiccup will derail you. Â
